The speed on my Garmin is all over the place.  The speed fluctuates from 0 to 38 km/h, randomly changing every few seconds.

Has anyone else encountered this annoying glitch, and more importantly, did you find a way to resolve it?

Have you got the speed sensor fitted to the wheel Junaid?  If you have, has it gone out of alignment?  If you haven't, you may want to fit it.

If it isn't the sensor as Kev suggests, it could be a possible battery issue. Replace it (in sensor and head unit) and see what happens.

Having said that the only time mine had those sorts of fluctuations, outside of localised electronic interference, was when the sensor was about to die. How old is it ?

had it a few times as well and did a few times full reset of the unit, now it works again.  had contacted garmin and they were willing to exchange it but then it worked again...
