Bike Fit in Abu Dhabi

On Friday morning I went for a bike fit with a guy a number of you already have met. Toby Jones, of Bike Fit Asia, used to visit to UAE while in transit to and from Hong Kong. Having read quite a bit into the benefits I decided to take the plunge with what is often described as "the best investment for the overall improvement of your cycling performance". Anyway three hours later, with so many alterations and set-ups on the fit-bike, with rulers and angle measurers everywhere I finally got back on my own bike and couldn't believe the difference - how I even managed to go forward is beyond my comprehension.

If anyone has ever thought about having a bike fit but either never got round to do it or thought it would be better to invest the cash in some new fancy wheels, I would strongly urge you to reconsider and treat yourself to a professional bike fit. Toby was absolutely fantastic in his explanations and left no stone unturned in getting the best results the computer could show us.
